My approach to photography is all about capturing the moments that feel like home.

 

When I photograph families, my focus is on capturing the real, unposed moments that make your family unique.


I'm not looking for perfect smiles-- I'm looking for connection. When you leave your session, I don't want it to feel like you just left a photoshoot. I want it to feel like you simply spent and evening making memories with the people you love.

 

Parenthood is filled with irreplaceable moments that can slip away with time. My hope is to preserve them before they become memories.

Frequently asked questions

What should we wear?

Once you're booked, if you'd like, I'll send you a style guide filled with tips and inspiration. Think soft, neutral tones and clothing that feels timeless. Most importantly, wear something that feels like you!

What if my kids don't cooperate?

They don't have to! Some of the sweetest moments happen in the in-between. I keep sessions relaxed, playful, and pressure-free, so little personalities have room to shine.

I've never had professional photos taken. Will you help us pose?

Absolutely! It's super important to feel comfortable during your session. I'll gently guide you every step of the way while encouraging natural movement and genuine connection, so nothing feels stiff or overly posed.

When will I receive my gallery?

Every session is different. I don't believe in making you "wait" for your gallery. As soon as I am done editing I will send it. Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session. Large event and wedding photography is subject to change.

Can I customize a session?

Yes! If you have a unique vision or don't see exactly what you're looking for, I'd love to hear your ideas! Together, we'll create a session that feels true to your story.

Do you travel ?

At this time, I photograph sessions throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. If you have a special location in mind, reach out and we'll see whats possible.

What happens if it rains?

If the weather isn't cooperating, we can absolutely reschedule for the next available date. But I am also someone who believes some of the most beautiful moments happen when things don't go exactly as planned. If you're up for it, I believe we can create something magical-- rain or shine!
